Dr. Tomás Chamorro-Premuzic is an international authority on psychological profiling, talent management, leadership development, and people analysis. His work focuses on creating science-based tools that enhance organizations’ ability to predict performance and people’s ability to understand themselves. He is currently Professor of Business Psychology at University College London and Columbia University, as well as the Chief Talent Scientist at Manpower Group and co-founder of Deeper Signals and META Profiling.


Chamorro-Premuzic has published nine books and more than 140 scientific papers, making him one of the most prolific social scientists of his generation. His work has received awards by the American Psychological Association, the International Society for the Study of Individual Differences, and the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, where he is also a Fellow. Chamorro-Premuzic is also regularly featured in the media, including the BBC, CNN, Sky, Harvard Business Review, the Guardian, Fast Company, Forbes, and the Huffington Post. He is also currently the keynote speaker for the Institute of Economic Affairs

Chamorro-Premuzic previously held academic positions at New York University and the London School of Economics, and lectured at Harvard Business School, Stanford Business School, London Business School, Johns Hopkins, IMD, and INSEAD. He was also previously the CEO at Hogan Assessment Systems.
